Aaron Courteau has been part of the Minnesota film community, in front of and behind the camera, since 1982.  He began making movies with his brother - Nate Courteau, a noted make-up and special effects artist, at the age of 15, and has been a part of the local scene, acting, directing, and producing ever since. He created his own production company - WONDERVISION PRODUCTIONS, LLC and with it has gone on to produce award winning commercials, music videos, short films and features.

Aaron has put in acting performances in a large number of Independent, Industrial, Commercial, and Student Film Projects, and is showcased in the Independent films “TO SAY GOODBYE” in which he plays the lead - Will Martin, “COME OUT FIGHTING”, “OVER THERE”, “OPERATION SEAWOLF” and the nationally televised “MEMORIAL DAY”.

A love for movies, and classic movie stars like James Dean and Paul Newman has inspired in Aaron a desire to articulate diverse characters and a willingness to lose himself in even the smallest roles he has been given a chance to play.  The passion for acting and the spirit of performance define every one of Aaron’s performances.

Telling stories that have an impact on people’s lives is the absolute reward for Aaron in his endeavors as an actor.  Having the chance to inhabit different characters from project to project both challenges him as an artist and rewards him as a human being.  Having had the chance to start his career as a part of Minnesota’s talented Film Community has been a pleasure and an honor.
